Accepted Methods of Payment

The IT Class Marketplaxe accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Wire Transfers ($25 processing charge), VMware Training Credits, Cisco Learning Credits, Microsoft Software Assurance Vouchers, and corporate checks from all companies. All necessary payment information is to be received at least fifteen (15) business days before the start date, or upon sign-up, whichever is later.

Purchase Orders are occasionally accepted from companies with whom the IT Class Marketplace has an established relationship. Purchase Orders must be received at least fifteen (15) business days before the start of the course, or upon receipt of invoice, whichever is later. Payment on Purchase Orders must be received no later than fifteen (15) days after the course date. If you would like to submit a Purchase Order, please contact us.

Fees

The fee covers course tuition and all course materials. Other fees such as long distance phone charges are the responsibility of the student. Payment (corporate check, American Express, Visa, or MasterCard) must be received fifteen (15) business days prior to the course date unless the course has not yet been confirmed. For students outside the U.S., fees will be converted by your credit card company to U.S. funds.

Money Back Guarantee

For most of our partners, the IT Class Marketplace has a 100% money back guarantee, although we need to abide by the cancellation policy and money back guarantee of our business partner.  By the end of the first day of the course, if you are not satisfied please notify the instructor that you wish to withdraw. Once the student kit is returned in its entirety, in most instances, you will receive a full refund of all course fees paid. All training material must be returned to receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

All requests to change a registration must be in writing via e-mai or phone.  The IT Class Marketplace needs to abide by the policies of our vendor partner.

If any of our vendor partners cancels a course for any reason, liability is limited to the registration fee only. The iT Class Marketplace will contact the student by phone or email as part of the cancellation process to attempt to arrange another suitable date for training. 

Withdrawals

Students may withdraw a registration up to fifteen (15) business days before the scheduled start date of the class without penalty by submitting a written notice via email or calling the IT Class Marketplace.

All registration fees are forfeited if the student withdraws fewer than fifteen (15) business days before the class start date.

Rescheduling

Students may reschedule a class up to eleven (11) business days before the scheduled start date without penalty. Rescheduling will be defined as transferring registration to the same course on a different date, or transferring to another course of equal or lesser value up to six (6) months from the original course start date.

If a student reschedules fewer than eleven (11) business days before the class, or reschedules for a second time, the entire original course fee may be forfeited.

Substitutions

Substitutions are permitted prior to the start of the class but some training partner policies will collect a 5% change fee. All substitutions must be submitted in writing or by calling the IT Class Marketplace.

No Show

Failure to attend without written notice prior to the start date of the course will be considered a “no show” and will result in forfeiture of the full course price.

Schedule

IT Class Marketplace courses are delivered live online and generally start at 9:00 am CST. You will be notified of the official start time as part of your sign-up process.

Training Broker

The IT Class Marketplace is a “Training Broker,”  We need to follow the Terms, Conditions and Privacy Policies of our Training Partners.  Under no circumstance is the IT Class Marketplace liable for misrepresentation by our Training Partners.  We will always do our best to reasonably settle any disputes thats are presented to us.  You can be assured that we will do our utmost to negotiate any situation that arises.  Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the state of Florida.

It is also Agreed That

The IT Class Marketplae shall be indemnified for damages arising out of its failure to perform its contractual obligations. 

Confidential or proprietary information, which is disclosed by either party to the other for the purpose of performing the Training Services under this Agreement shall be protected by the receiving party in the same manner and with the same degree of care that the receiving party uses to protect its own confidential or proprietary information.

Class Trainers and Contracting Company shall have the right to reject any instructors or employees whose qualifications do not meet the established standards.

All parties warrant that any software documents, or services furnished by or used by Instructor under this Agreement will not infringe upon or violate a U.S. Patent or Copyright held, or misappropriate a Trade Secret claimed, by a third party.All parties are contractors independent of one another, and neither has the authority to bind the other to any third person or otherwise to act in any way as the representative of the other.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CLASS TRAINERS BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, OR FOR ACTS OF NEGLIGENCE THAT ARE NOT INTENTIONAL OR RECKLESS IN NATURE.
